Try this blend...

Delicious, smooth brew with hint of chocolate. Very pleasant aftertaste. No bitterness. Aroma is mild. Very fine grind. I will buy whole beans next time and experiment with the grind. Brewed using Bonavita drip 45g coffee to 1.3l of water. We prefer a weaker brew to reduce caffeine. Always let coffee solution "rest" for a couple minutes after brewing before pouring a cup. Enjoy!
