I had hoped for a darker blend; what I ordered was too blonde for our taste. Will try a darker blend in the future. Our friends are coffee lovers too and their taste trends more to the blonde end; we gave them the beans.
Timothy,
I am sorry you were not happy with our Panama Geisha. I agree it is light, it is in fact the lightest road we do for any coffee. The roast level on that coffee is dictated by the taste profile of that most unique coffee. It is floral and somewhat fruity with a delicate light body. To allow all of those elements to be present in the cup we roast that coffee “blonde”. As I mentioned earlier this is the only coffee we roast this light. Once again sorry it did not meet your expectations.

I don’t think these beans are from the right area of Panama that I like I expected a better richer stronger flavor. I think they’re called the bouquet area that I like. I was wondering what area you are being come from in Panama.
